Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring a proactive approach to retention, satisfaction, and success
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, working collaboratively with internal teams to offer exceptional service
  • Address concerns promptly, offering advice on platform usage, testing, and training
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize contract value

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 year(s) of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Native Dutch speaker & fluent in French, with excellent command of both
  • Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
