Time management: an indispensable skill in any job

Smart and efficient planning helps employees improve their performance at work. Are tasks properly aligned and does someone set the right priorities? Does the planner take into account human aspects such as social leave and the employee’s health, and does he/she place commercial emphasis?

There is an appropriate planning test for every type of job, whether it involves organising one’s own tasks or planning the tasks of an entire team.

The test is intended for employees who have to plan their work independently, which is important in many professions, especially in sales representatives, secretarial staff, management assistants and in logistics positions, for example.
